Historic, Charming, Scenic

Located along the Ipswich River, Topsfield is just north of Boston, Massachusetts. With just over 5,000 residents, Topsfield is a charming New England community with lush vegetation and glistening streams. It is home to hundreds of acres of protected land, including Bradley Palmer Park, which attracts New England hikers, bikers, equestrians, and cross-country skiers. The town is best known for the annual Topsfield Fair, the oldest agricultural fair in America. Held every year during Harvest.

In the North Shore region of Massachusetts, several coastal communities including Gloucester, Ipswich, Salem and Newburyport surround Topsfield. These communities reflect the essence of New England charm, as they strive to preserve their rich and diverse historicity, as well as maintain their beauty and quaintness. These port communities are uniquely defined; Gloucester is the birthplace of the fishing industry, Salem is infamous for the Salem Witch Trials in the seventeenth century, and Newburyport was the first “Tea Party Rebellion” to oppose English tea tax.

As its beauty is magnetic, the serene communities, which border thirty miles of rocky coastline, attract tourists from all over the country year-round.
