Q: What are the minimum and maximum capacity numbers?
A: Our maximum guest count is 240. The food minimum for a Saturday night wedding is $15,000. Willowdale has many catering options.
Q: What is the rental time?
A: The minimum rental time is five hours. As a courtesy, you may also use the venue up to two additional hours prior to your rental time. You, your attendants and immediate family may use the property, for example, to dress, enjoy beauty appointments and take photographs. These two hours prior to your rental are used for your vendor set-ups as well.
Q: What does the site rental fee include?
A: All site rental fees include the following:
Exclusive use of the house and grounds, Willowdale hosts only one wedding at a time. 60 Inch Round Tables and White Garden Chairs for Reception. Wedding Planner to assist you.
Q: Can I have my ceremony on site? Can I have my rehearsal on site/ Is there a fee for the ceremony or rehearsal?
A: A ceremony may be held on site with an additional fee of $1000. A rehearsal is included on a Thursday evening. This fee includes the set up and break down of ceremony area, as well as white garden chairs.
