Q: Who will be our caterers?
A: Willowdale Estates provides in-house catering for all events. With fresh local seafood and produce, Willowdale catering uses only the finest ingredients to create savory dishes that are sure to satisfy you and your guests. Working one on one with the catering director, the couple chooses from a plethora of delicious appetizers, salads, and entrees for a sit-down or buffet/stations style dinner. We also offer a myriad of homemade rich and mouth-watering desserts to complement your meal. If our selections do not warm your taste buds, we are happy to work with you to create the most delectable menu.

Q: Do you have a wedding reception package?
A: We have several packages to choose from and our staff would be pleased to create a personalized package as well.

Q: Can I use a caterer of my choice?
A: Outside caterers are not permitted.

Q: Who manages the food service and flow of events?
A: The Event Manager is responsible for the flow of all scheduled events and will insure that the food service timeline is followed as closely as possible. The Event Manager will also work throughout the entire event. The band/D.J. is responsible for making all announcements such as bridal dances, cake cutting, last dance, etc.

Q: How is the bar handled?
A: In accordance with town bylaws, no licenses or permits are available for a cash bar. Alcoholic beverages must be free of charge to your guests. Our In-house caterer will provide your bar set up including liquor liability insurance, non-alcoholic beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes and bartenders. The client will purchase all alcoholic beverages. No alcohol is purchased through or sold by Willowdale Estate.
The bar will serve alcoholic beverages for a consecutive four hours and will stop one hour prior to event end time Non-alcoholic beverages will continue to be served until the end of the event..

Q: How much are split entrees?
A: An additional $2.00 per person.
