Q: Do you charge full price for children?
A: We offer a child’s menu upon request.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: All deposits are non-refundable.
Site Deposit: $1,000 deposit is due upon booking your date. The full site rental fee is due 30 days after initial booking.
Catering Deposit: $2,000 deposit is due 30 days after initial booking. $5,000 deposit is due 90 days prior to your event. Your remainder balance is due 10 business days prior to your event.
Q: What about vendor’s meals?
A: Vendor meals are offered at 50% discount.
Q: What if I want to bring my own cake?
A: You may arrange for your own cake and delivery, however Willowdale must be informed of delivery time. In our Willowdale package the cake is provided by Montilio’s Bakery.
Q: Since this is an historic home, are there policies concerning décor and candles?
A: Candles are permitted as long as the flame is enclosed in glass (such as votives and hurricane lamps) and the wick is a least one inch below the top of the glass rim.
Candles are permitted in public areas only (not in restrooms or on stairs). Battery-powered votives are permitted on the fireplace mantels. No wax candles can be used on the fireplace mantels.
The use of fireworks and sparklers is not permitted. The tossing of rice, confetti or birdseed is not allowed. However, user may use real flower petals.
You may decorate the inside of the home or outside on the grounds with putty-like substances to secure décor to surfaces (no nails or tape should be used.) Vendors who provide décor should provide documentation to the Event Manager that the material is flame retardant.
Q: How long can the band or DJ play?
A: The band/DJ can play until the contracted end time of the event. The band/DJ cannot continue to play after the end time unless the user has arranged for overtime with the Event Manager.
