What is the biggest difference between Full-Service Planning and the Event Coordination that Willowdale Estate includes?
One of the most valuable aspects of hosting your wedding at Willowdale Estate is our included coordination service. One of our Event Coordinators meets with couples six to eight weeks prior to their wedding. During this meeting, couples outline all the details they have individually planned. Our coordinators will assist in food and beverage choices, timeline guidance, as well as creating a customized floor plan. The Events Team is also available for questions via phone or email throughout your planning process.
For those couples who are looking for further support and guidance, there is Full-Service Planning. A dedicated planner works with couples on all aspects of their wedding. We create a customized budget, provide an in-depth online task manager, manage vendor choices quotes and booking and so much more.
