During our Tent Season from May to October, we can host parties of up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing under our gorgeous custom-built Sperry Tent. Willowdale Estate has been producing and hosting stunning proms and formal events since 2007. Our dedicated events team eases your workload and helps you craft the perfect party.
The Estate
Willowdale Estate is a private estate located in Topsfield, Massachusetts. Our mansion features an iconic red door entrance, leaded stained-glass windows, stone fireplaces, images of Knights, Kings, and Queens, and intricate wood moldings. Our indoor spaces provide three spacious rooms for food stations, photos and direct access to our Tent and Garden.
Tent & Courtyard
Our custom, sailcloth tent features a breathable canvas fabric, spruce center poles with globe lanterns, beaded lights around the perimeter of the tent, clear floor-length tent sides, heaters, fans, smooth concrete flooring, and electrical outlets. The tent is connected to the Estate with a custom-framed tented walkway, which leads into the Dining Room and also opens into the Garden Courtyard. Our 40’ x 40’ Garden Courtyard is surrounded by three exterior fieldstone walls which is a picturesque setting for outdoor photos.
