Eligibility
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age and a US resident. Contestants may not be employees or family members of employees at Willowdale Estate. Prizes must be accepted in the state they are offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash value. Every Willowdale Estate Giveaway is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway period closes, and notified via DM from the account hosting the giveaway. The winner will never be asked to provide credit card, banking, or financial info to claim their prize. The winner will have up to 14 days to claim their prize by responding to the direct message acknowledging their status as a winner. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Disqualification
Willowdale Estate reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive. This includes entries from fake accounts or multiple entries from the same person.
Legal Terms
The winner (for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators) hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, discharge, and indemnify Bramble Hospitality employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from and for any claims, demands, liability, lawsuits, injuries (including death), illness, property damage, attorney’s fees, expenses, costs, causes of action, judgments, or awards of any kind or character (“Loss”) that may accrue, arise, or otherwise exist because of their travel and participation in the giveaway. Willowdale Estate is not liable for any damages or losses arising from this giveaway, including but not limited to technical difficulties, lost or delayed entries, or issues with prize fulfillment.
